Alfred

Hi, I’m Alfred! As a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in medical and sports massage, I help clients recover from injuries, manage chronic pain, and enhance performance. With a deep understanding of anatomy and rehabilitation, I create customized treatments using deep tissue, myofascial release, and neuromuscular techniques. I work with athletes, active professionals, and those seeking pain relief, integrating corrective exercises and self-care education to extend the benefits of therapy. Collaborating with healthcare and fitness professionals, my goal is to help clients move, perform, and feel their best.

Swedish Massage

This is the most common type of massage, focused on general relaxation to help with the daily stress that your body and mind go through.

Swedish Massage

It can include deeper strokes, but with the intent to warm up and stretch the muscles for the purpose to relax the body for a holistic experience. This service is usually a full body massage which includes the back, front and back of legs, arms, and neck/head work.

Deep Tissue

Deep tissue is great for working out areas with a lot of tension or stress. This type of work is often slower and more targeted towards sinking into and affecting the muscle layers and fascia that lie beneath the superficial skin.

Connective Tissue

Also known as deep tissue, this type of work is slower and more targeted towards sinking into and affecting the muscle layers and fascia that lie beneath the superficial skin.

Neuromuscular Therapy / Trigger Point

This technique is geared towards clients who have tension and acute or chronic pain. I incorporate this modality at times, (that is why you cannot book an entire session of this modality) normally around the shoulders and neck where a lot of us seem to hold negative emotions, anxiety and control.
